Who, what, where, when, why, how, how much cost do I pay for my movement?
ONLY I CHOOSE FOR ME!
Is my movement natural or unnatural?
Do I want to be well?
Consider My Selfcare within the why, where, when, who, what, how and how much of Movement:
Am I Right or Not Right?Am I Competent or Not Yet Competent?Am I Enabled or Disabled?
Movement is Life, I need movement to "Live"!
To highlight this basic need, I discuss the “Sea Squirt”
The Sea Squirt is a creature that floats through the ocean until it finds a rock to attach itself too. Once attached, its’ very next act is to absorb its’ own brain for the energy within. This solidifies that attachment to the rock. You see, the sea squirt is never going to move again and therefore has no further use of a brain. From this account we should realise that the only purpose of our brain is for independent movement. Movement must be considered to be the primary IFPEN activity of the brain; really, movement is the only function of the brain.
Movement is what I as a Registered Nurse, Exercise Scientists, Sports Scientists and Exercise Physiologists encourage in each and every one of us; ALL MOVEMENT!
Movement is "My Journey, My Mantra, My Very Being"
Movement impacts my energy expenditure in carrying me by my chosen fitness level for survival in my life. To move naturally as "A SWIMMERS SPERM" is To move as an Individual First Principle Evolutionary Need! Wellbeing routines and Wellness attitudes are the bartered components. Let me relate to each of our individual selfbeingsWhen considering my health there are many complexities, therefore I now discuss the impacts of our chosen movements and lifestyle adaptions to not perish, especially in light of the Covid19 Tsunami.
My movement uses and produces energies:
The human body fights infection by creating inflamation to increase body temperature. I suspect by our world population having risen from 150 million in the year 1 to 8+ billion in 2023, has seen our planet attempting similar measures. Our body requires extra energy; our planet requires extra energy, so we see the impact without knowing the cause.
The result is climate change both internally within our body as well as externally around the planet.
The human body reacts to every development; our planet is reacting to our population development. For wellness we need go back to the basics of the evolutionary trail to plot our way forward.
Covid19 appears to be spread by contact, aerosol spread or maybe another alternative. A physical distancing of 1.5 metres has been promoted in Australia. If I consider this the new normal for everybody's personal space, then I should be alerted to whom I am prepared to allow into my personal space. Social connectiveness will ensure we are all aware of our environment and whom and what we are allowing into our personal parameter. By taking responsibility for our own actions, frees us up to traverse our environment to identify all individual specific dangers.
My brain is designed to move all aspects of my body
Only the individual has control over themself; if we choose to engage in any or no activity, we make that choice for an ability to be or not to be.
Movement is life and life is movement!
By applying the appropriate movement to each selfbeing evolutionary requirement will see our unique abilities flourish. Wellbeing is having the body harmonious with these abilities.
We each choose what advice we will be influenced by and at the end of the day, we are each responsible for our own actions.

Clean air, Be hydrated, Be prepared to start activity, Appropriate nutrition for needs, Ensure safety parameters, Determine terms of engagement to: Maintain beating heart, Maintain blood circulation, Maintain breathing function, Support digestive system, Facilitate excretion functions, Use muscles well, Stimulate brain and nerve activity Provide needs of all systems
IN MY ASSESSMENT, DO I SELFCARE OR WALLOW IN MY OWN SELF PITY?
My attitude chooses MY MOVE needs!
Different components of my body have higher and lower activity levels due to "mutual obligation", across my entire supply chain.
A muscle does not work at capacity if another assisting is ineffective; digestive system do not work if nothing is taken in; heart doesn't work if no blood is given to it; etc.
As the saying goes: You don't eat, you don't shit; you don't shit, you die!
Everything we do impacts elsewhere.
All areas of each and every one of our bodies is reliant on something else to provide every function. I must determine my unique routine to give full effect to every part of my body by bartering the needs (medicine) I supply to myself.
My body operates in a manner of expedient efficiency and during all functions, I trade in a "debt of honour" of said needs within specific environments.
Each cell of my body will give its' all, with the expectation I am good for the debt incurred. If this debt is not reimbursed, then that cell becomes exhausted of the ability to further provide towards that "debt of honour" and consequently I must perform to a lesser level of myself or perish.
In total shutdown, there is no function at all. I must ensure my body is properly prepared for its needs.
My body consists of so many different systems collaborating and cooperating with each other. Basic muscle needs are: Balance, Flexibility, Strength & Conditioning, Endurance & Medium / Vigourous Movement Skills; but there are more movements to consider, rather than just muscular.
