Multinutrients - Selfcare?

Who, what, where, when, why, how, how much cost do I pay for my multinutrients?

ONLY I CHOOSE FOR ME!

Are my multinutrients natural or unnatural?

Do I want to be well?

Consider My Selfcare within the why, where, when, who, what, how and how much of my multinutrients:
Am I Right or Not Right?Am I Competent or Not Yet Competent?Am I Enabled or Disabled?
To value add my multinutrients by well or ill?Consider My Lifestyle within the why, where, when, who, what, how and how much of Multinutrients:Every action requires the right ingredients for a reaction to take place. The appropriate multivitamins must be present for any reaction to occur. This correct process will benefit each individuals entire Wellness & Welbeing. My important Multinutrition IFPEN
Clean air, Be hydrated, Be prepared to start activity, Appropriate nutrition for needs, Ensure safety parameters, Determine terms of engagement to: Maintain beating heart, Maintain blood circulation, Maintain breathing function, Support digestive system, Facilitate excretion functions, Use muscles well, Stimulate brain and nerve activity Provide needs of all systems
IN MY ASSESSMENT, DO I SELFCARE OR WALLOW IN MY OWN SELF PITY?

Different components of my body have higher and lower activity levels and differing needs, due to "mutual obligation" across my entire supply chain.
A muscle does not work at capacity if another assisting is ineffective; digestive system do not work if nothing is taken in; heart doesn't work if no blood is given to it; etc.
As the saying goes: You don't eat, you don't shit; you don't shit, you die!Everything we do impacts elsewhere.
All areas of each and every one of our bodies is reliant on something else to provide every function. I must determine my unique routine and supply of minerals & nutrition to give full effect to every part of my body by bartering the needs (medicine) I supply to myself.
My body operates in a manner of expedient efficiency and during all functions, I trade in a "debt of honour" of said needs within specific environments.
Each cell of my body will give its' all, with the expectation I am good for the debt incurred. If this debt is not reimbursed, then that cell becomes exhausted of the ability to further provide towards that "debt of honour" and consequently I must perform to a lesser level of myself or perish.
In total shutdown, there is no function at all. I must ensure my body is properly prepared for its needs.
My body consists of so many different systems collaborating and cooperating with each other. Basic muscle needs are: Balance, Flexibility, Strength & Conditioning, Endurance & Medium / Vigourous Movement Skills; but there are more movements to consider, rather than just muscular.Follow these simple steps:
Prioritise building the basic blocks of Life
SELFCARE FIRST: BE ENLIGHTENED WITH MINERALS & VITAMINS!

To value add my minerals by well or ill?

Consider My Lifestyle within the why, where, when, who, what, how and how much of Minerals:
Total Expended Energy = Basal Metabolic Rate + Incidental Activity
Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR)
This is the energy (often referred to as calories or kilojoules) utilized by the body at its' basic level, to keep operating. It is calculated in a totally rested position & removes distractions of underlying activities. BMR calculators can be found free online. A general idea is calcualted by age, gender, height and weight. This energy is required for basic maintence of life and needs to be sourced in appropriate componentry and ratios on a daily basis. Deficits will normally cause failure of systems.
Incidental Activity
Various activity levels require related energy output. Each activity levels will determine the added energy requirement above BMR and will increase our daily energy output accordingly. BMR calculators may also ask your activity level (sedentary, light exercise, moderate exercise, high exercise, elite athlete, etc.) to give an overall idea of daily energy output.
Total Energy Output
The addition of BMR and incidental activity will give an idea of my basic requirements each day. Further identification of incidental activities may show which of the energy sources (Carbohydrates, fats or proteins) is being more emphasised in use.
Consider that even Energy has an IFPEN
The first law of thermodynamics states that energy cannot be created, but must be transferred or converted from one form to another. The human body runs on only one kind of energy being ATP.
The fitness level or quality of the energy level provided to any cell, will determine the availability & capacity of ATP to that cell in order it succeed or fail. Think of energy as like different fuel strength in cars & produced via different systems.
Ready fuel for immediate Energy
Some energy is stored within the cell as phosphocreatinine (PC) & more particularly as specific tissues of our body. When movement is done and energy is expended, PC will almost instantly replenish the ATP energy used . This supply is expended within seconds and even athletes will only have 10 seconds of ATP-PC availible to them.
Glucose fuelled quick Energy
Glucose need enter the cell to commence the glucose convertion to 2 ATP + 2 pyrovate molecules. This is the preferred mode by the body when any activity is being done. This process is fast, usually plenty of glucose will be available. Issues here can be that the pyrovate molecules convert into lactic acid to cramp & limit levels of performance.
Long lasting aerobic energy
The aerobic system lives within the cells, called the mitochondria. This is the powerhouse of the cell. The bulk of ATP is via this system and done aerobically (requires oxygen); the first two ATP supplies were performed anaerobically (no oxygen)
This long lasting aerobic system must have a good oxygen supply provided by our cardiovascular and respiratory systems via blood flow to the tissues, or else the entire system will slow down and potentially stop completely.
