Regulating systems - Selfcare?

Who, what, where, when, why, how, how much cost do I pay for my regulating systems, or resources?

ONLY I CHOOSE FOR ME!

Are my resources natural or unnatural?

Do I want to be well?

Consider My Selfcare within the why, where, when, who, what, how and how much of my resources:
Am I Right or Not Right;Am I Competent or Not Yet Competent;Am I Enabled or Disabled?

Balanced fitness levels create survival opportunities

My basic survival instinct is my regulated fitness level of balance.
Wherever there is lack of control, there is chaos.
My evolution needs regulate me in my homeostasis.Utilise, nourish, declutter, expend waste to and excesses.
IT IS IRREFUTABLE THAT HOMEOSTASIS IS NEEDED TO SURVIVE!
MY IMPORTANT REGULATION IFPENClean airClean unadulterated waterMaintain core temperatureAppropriate fibre in dietReplacing used & depleting resourcesReplenish used nutrients to balanceReject consuming high wasted nutrients.
I need ensure that I stay warm in the cold and cooler environments; I must stay cool in the hot and sultry environment. If my temperature is outside my regulated levels, I will fail & eventually perish.
I need ensure that I consume the important nutrients: High quality Protein, Complex Carbohydrates, Monounsaturated & Omega 3 Fats, Vitamins & Minerals, to include Antioxidants.
My evolutions need is to look after every part of myself.
Self care is self-preservation: Me ensuring I replace all utilized needs. My nutrition needs, need to be met! Each organism needs to replenish its' specifically used basic requirements. Humans need return whatever their climate, environment and activity levels needs have been utilised in them, for all aspects to perform appropriately. They must be replaced.
Macro & Micronutrients; in conjunction with fibre, vitamins & minerals for body development are needed to maintain all bodily functions. Antioxidants must be available within us to counteract the effects of the free radicals causing disorder and disease. If I miss any of these, my abilities deteriorate to various systems or cause localised areas to perish.
We each know that NO food or fluid will eventually see us perish, but be assured incorrect nutrition, fibre and antioxidants will see us adapt to be a lesser version of our self, compromising that part of our survival being with various shutdowns of functions and abilities.
This is most obvious in the ageing process. The high processing and adulteration of food will remove many of our essential needs, and we don't even know or recognise we are missing them.
Our evolution is from "hunters & gatherers". Our food source is only by what we can hunt and what we can gather and this has been the full resource for Billions of years for us. Mostly food has been gathered from local vegetation with some animal supplementation and always seasonal to reflect the environment in which we live. This resource is where we get the basic components to regain these needs for our personal survival.
Our modern day jungle has become the shops: To meet our needs in today's society is a totally different matter. Everybody wants to sell us something and we have lost the basic survival skills of our previous generations.
We had learnt through "time gone past" to look for the colour within the bush, to find that brightly coloured fruit full of all the goodies, that we both require and enjoy. Now that same colour is the wrapping for a redundant product with little to no nutrition contained, having generally been removed, in order to increase sales.
In returning our body system to a position of balance, we normally choose calories (kilojoules) as our unit of measure, but more important to all of us is suitable quantities of fibre and water. This is central to operation of our digestive system and the basic driver of our immune system. Fibre and water must never be undervalued.
SUGAR, ALCOHOL, TRANS & OTHER HIGH SATURATED FATSamongst other highly processed foodsHAVE negligible to NO NUTRITION WHATSOEVERyet often represent our highest intake.
Our next most important requirement is to extract full needed, nutrient replacement from each daily consumption.
If we consume wasted calories (kilojoules), then no nutrition is replaced and we eventually have various systems perish.
We must prioritise our nutrient replacement over wasted consumption. A glass of orange juice is the caloric equivalent of 5 oranges yet the removal of fibre, reduces the benefits considerably.
An example to recognise value to each calorie (kilojoule) we consume and use, is that we can equate calories to dollars. If activity utilised is 1500 calories (use $1500 comparison) worth per day, then we can replace this energy spent with 1500 (use $1500 comparison) calories of nourishment. Any more, it is stored as fat. Any less, we start consuming our self.
Excess vitamins, minerals, fibre and antioxidants are excreted, so regular replacement of these is required.
Our evolution is as an omnivore. Our ancestors adapted to their environment & circumstances as an Omnivore: each one of us has evolved to eat both meat and plant based food sources. Ours was really an opportunistic diet, captured within the climate, environment & circumstances we lived in. We still do.
This evolutionary pathway came as a specie that gained its' food source as a "hunter and gatherer" and caused many unique responses and adaptions within various cultures and peoples, to be unique to that group & individual.
Consider the Inuit (Eskimo) people. Over thousands of years, they have adapted and developed the ability to live off mainly fish, due to the extremely inhospital terrain they inhabit. Survival of the fittest with only this food supply during these adapt or perish generations, has killed off those who could not survive in this environment. They could not survive in other climates or diverse environments. They practiced "adapt or perish" basics. It should be noted though, their life expectancy was 28 years of age, probably due to the undersupply of some need.
In today's modern age of plenty, I'm pretty sure we expect more & inuit adaption to modern provisions do not meet their basic needs. If we do not at least consider our evolutionary fibre, fluid & food needs, then we too will die off early and not be fit to survive & will perish, like the inuits.
OUR GUT NEEDS FIBREOur current processing of so much of our nutrition (to exclude fibre from our diet) fails to provide the basic needs of the 10 times more cells in our gut, than the rest of our body cells in total. In acknowledging this initial introduction, it is obvious that it is not possible to give a one size fits all diet.
By reviewing our current climate, environment and specific evolutional requirements, we do know the general needs of the human specie. Adaption is required to meet basic needs within any number of various environments, and the different stages of each lifecycles. Individual needs of nourishment are determined by genetics, incidents and attitude.
DRINK CLEAN WATERWe know we need clean water to maintain our fluid balance and supply the transport media for all the processes of our body.
ENSURE FIBRE IN MY FOODWe know we need fibre in our diet to allow our internal bacteria to improve our immune systems and dispose of waste.
EAT A MAINLY "GATHERERS" DIETWe are each individuals and know we need a diverse diet to provide all of the individual evolutionary body requirements for our specific cultural & genetic profile. Most of the diet was plant based gathered, requiring in supplimentation for best fitness.
My diet must also reflect my current environment, community and circumstances. Routinely eating local variety of unprocessed and minimal "highly processed" plant based foods is imperitive to all. It is important to eat varied selfcare sensitive foods. This will ensure getting the needs for each individual lifestyle requirements!
Lots of generic food advice is available, we need validate and check for advice specific to each specific needs. Best advice is to review how our ancestors or previous inhabitant of our environment survived.
Was this a healthy existence by eating unprocessed food, to capture its' full nutrition, or did they only survive by consuming available "anything's"? Do remember, sailors died before they recognised their need for vitamin C.
Over the ages, most needs have only been accesssible through seasonal availabilities. We must find suitable sources of those macro / micronutrients, adequate vitamins and minerals in order we not perish, in finding a recovery pathway in what we do.
MAINTAIN EATING SOME MEAT IN A "HUNTERS" DIETOur evolutionary process for at least the last 600 million years has seen our ancestors evolve through consuming meat proteins. The hunter & fisher has not always been successful in finding this part of the menu, even sometimes the hunter became the menu of another.
Our body has only survived through the ages by this inclusion within every diet. Be assured, the only full nutrition food is mothers milk.
Our body proves to be efficient, therefore, we must consider that our body does not engage in wasted products. These distract and divert our adaptive challenges.
Highly processed sugars are wrongThe fibre has been removed to extract the sweetness and now contains no evolutionary value of nutrition for use within our body.
This extensive use of such a worthless item has distracted so many body processes, as to increase the presence of diabetes within a growing number of our population.
Nature had intended us to eat all of the sugar cane, to gain the benefit of this food. By extracting only the sweetness and selective grazing, we really do "throw the baby out with the bath water".
Lifestyle is Attitude: Nourish with needs of the Lifestyle I want!We spend 24 hours a day with ourselves, NO ONE ELSE; with life's purpose to be well & have fun. Nobody has the right to tell us how to think; we must practice our own "Living in the Moment" techniques. We are individuals, having our own unique life.
Every part of our Mind, Body and Soul is spent with our own "ME!" We choose our attitude, and direct our Life & Lifestyle.
If we control our attitude for our own self gains, then we enjoy our Life; It becomes FUN!
We are all responsible for ourselves. What can we do to have better nourishment and moments?
Plan for the future I want; Design the good nourishment into my life. "Play the game of my life" for my own gains. We each choose our attitude and what we nourish ourself with. If we train ourself to look after ME FIRST, then we choose activities we individually feel good about. Look deep inside my self and seek that activity I really ENJOY.
"Our attitude is the lens we view life through".

S.C.A.R.E is one of various models used to build psychological safety.
SIGNIFICANCE
We care deeply about what others think of us. Robert A. Synder Ph.D. believes that our actions and behaviours are determined by our lens of significance, how we believe we are seen by others.
You don’t need to be told your place in the pecking order of life, you know it already. All is good until that significance is threatened by a careless comment or throwaway remark. How about that time when you were called out for making a mistake, in front of your peers or were overlooked in the email invite to a team meeting?
That threat causes social pain activating the limbic system. The depth of that threat has been likened to the fear felt when walking down a dark alleyway at night and hear footsteps coming up behind us. We become afraid and socially shut down.
CERTAINTY
The onset of the global pandemic has brought about a tidal wave of uncertainty which for many has been the hardest thing to deal with. We crave certainty because the brain is essentially a prediction machine. When we can anticipate what’s happening next, we know we are safe to proceed. Without that we feel threatened, leading to rumination about things you have no control over, your sleep becomes disturbed and you have less mental bandwidth available to think clearly, let alone make a sensible decision.
AUTONOMY
I’ve yet to meet anyone who likes being told what to do all the time. Micromanagement creates massive social threat and is the fastest route to the nearest exit. Having choice (even if it’s small or just a perception) about how we do our work matters. It even determines our longevity, as evidenced by those moving to aged care facilities when allowed to choose which furniture they will bring, how it is arranged and what colours to paint the walls.
The problem is we love telling others what to do, even though we hate being given that advice ourselves! As practitioners it’s really important we give our clients and assistants sufficient autonomy when making decisions about treatment plans.
RELATEDNESS
Getting along well with others, especially those we see as being ‘different’ from us is vital to clear and open communication. Being prepared to listen rather than talked over or down to keeps the other person feeling safe. We all seek to be heard and understood. This also helps to keep your mind open to options and alternatives, meaning you are less risk averse, more tolerant and less judgmental.
EQUITY
“S’not fair!!” How many times have you heard that refrain, whether it’s a child being told in the supermarket they can’t have that packet of chips, a colleague given a better work schedule than you or witnessing the special benefits metered out to the golden child of the team?
Being treated fairly matters enormously. Its absence triggers a deep visceral sense of disgust. Witnessing someone else being treated unfairly also triggers the threat response in yourself and the relationship you have with the person you believe behaved badly will change.
Psychological safety isn’t a nice to have, it’s essential to the creation of a workplace culture that as Timothy R. Clark Ph.D.author of the Four Stages of Psychological Safety says supports inclusion, learning, contribution and adaptation to change.
And it makes work a whole lot more enjoyable and fulfilling.
Is your workplace a safe place to be? What can you do to raise your workplace psychological safety profile at an individual and team level?

SELFCARE MEDICINE IS ENLIGHTENED TO REGULATE SYSTEMS WELL!

ONLY I HAVE SEX & REPRODUCE FOR ME!

Basic mistakes are created, replicated & reproduced.

Individual First Principle Evolutionary Needs (IFPEN)

When playing with my IFPEN resources, do I choose to be enlightened, ignorant or stupid?

MY 21st CENTURY LIFESTYLE IS KILLING ME! I have built My Self this way! I did not come with a book of instructions. Right now is my current survival project of lived experience. I have used enlightment, ignorance & stupidity to reach this build. Unfortunately I have often not got the basics right. This caused me to continually incorporated far too many ills and faults into my basic design. Design faults prove fatal and much of me has perished.

Working out how I kill my self is easy: Fixing Stupid is NOT!

Do I consume added sugar into my diet?

Do I consume too much salt into my diet?

Do I ignore any problems I have?

Do I choose to NOT look after my self?

These are some easy questions to indicate that I am killing myself. There are many more, but I'm sure you get the idea.

Because something is common practice, does not make it right!

Smoking has no purpose and serves no value within my body.

The processing of sugar, alcohol and low fibre has all nutritional value stolen from me. I breach my essential "terms of engagement" to become impossible to regulate or protect myself.

My stupidity creates a far lesser version of my self! Society lives in the world of "Sodom and Gomorrah!"
We can no longer distinguish the difference between right or wrong from normal. The old definitions of decadence and debauchery have adapted and progressed, with the new age temptations everywhere in our surrounds.
These are the ills of society in which I am consumed in!
These ills consist of many things like poor sleep, poor diet, eating limited dietary fibre for immunity and protection, consuming processed and refined nutritionally void sugar & hyperprocessed sugar as alcohol, smoking, unnecessary medication, excessive energy consumption, decreasing incidental activity limited to negligible activity levels or inefficiencies with much wasted survival energy and the list goes on & on & on.
I kill off much of my future freedoms by playing in this world.
I am not and cannot be the fitness for a future I would have easily survived in, if I had prepared appropriately for it.
SELFCARE FIRST IS BEING TRUE TO MY SELF, BUT INSTEAD I LIE!
My lifestyle survival is totally dependant on my IFPEN fitness levels. My choices are constantly being applied to my unique environment, community and circumstances!
I currently survive at the fitness level, that I live myself at!
In a world of surviving in my specific environment and exposure to my unique community of learning, why do I choose to target a fitness level that causes the different parts of me to fail & perish!
Why do I play the wrong rules of my game?
WE EACH CREATE OUR OWN WORLD TO SURVIVE IN!
I didn't come with a book of instructions, so I make it up as I go. All of my life lessons have been gained through my community, my environment and the circumstances I find myself in.
It is easier to make mistakes with others when learning. We are more inclined to listen to others who sound enlightened.
If they also are ignorant or worse still stupid, what is the result?
What survival lifestyle do I design my fitness level to be?
I am what I eat & food is the fuel I derive my energy from.
How well do I eat, to do, the person that I be?
Across all life stages it is important to eat well and keep active. Good nutrition and an active lifestyle are closely associated with improved quality of life and protection from chronic diseases.
Dietary recommendations or guidelines are developed by the Government to promote and encourage good health and wellbeing for the population, through the best diet and lifestyle choices. They are based on the latest scientific evidence and expert opinion on food and health.
"By following the dietary patterns recommended in the Guidelines, we will get enough of the nutrients essential for good health and also help reduce our risk of chronic health problems such as heart disease, type 2 diabetes, some cancers and obesity." www.EatForHealth.Gov.Au
Typically, recommendations are aimed at generally healthy people and those with common conditions such as being overweight.
The Australian Dietary Guidelines:
Guideline 1To achieve and maintain a healthy weight, be physically active and choose amounts of nutritious food and drinks to meet your energy needs.
Children and adolescents should eat sufficient nutritious foods to grow and develop normally. They should be physically active every day and their growth should be checked regularly.
Older people should eat nutritious foods and keep physically active to help maintain muscle strength and a healthy weight.
Guideline 2Enjoy a wide variety of nutritious foods from these five groups every day:
• Plenty of vegetables, including different types and colours, and legumes/beans• Fruit• Grain (cereal) foods, mostly wholegrain and/or high cereal fibre varieties, such as breads, cereals, rice, pasta, noodles, polenta, couscous, oats, quinoa and barley• Lean meats and poultry, fish, eggs, tofu, nuts and seeds, and legumes/beans• Milk, yoghurt, cheese and/or their alternatives, mostly reduced fat (reduced fat milks are not suitable for children under the age of 2 years)
And Drink Plenty of Water
Guideline 3Limit intake of foods containing saturated fat, added salt, added sugars and alcohol
• Limit intake of foods high in saturated fat such as many biscuits, cakes, pastries, pies, processed meats, commercial burgers, pizza, fried foods, potato chips, crisps and other savoury snacks• Replace high fat foods which contain predominantly saturated fats such as butter, cream, cooking margarine, coconut and palm oil with foods which contain predominantly polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats such as oils, spreads, nut butters/pastes and avocado• Low fat diets are not suitable for children under 2 years age• Limit intake of foods and drinks containing added salt• Read labels to choose lower sodium options among similar foods• Do not add salt to foods in cooking or at the table• Limit intake of foods and drinks containing added sugars such as confectionary, sugar-sweetened soft drinks and cordials, fruit drinks, vitamin waters, energy and sports drinks• If you choose to drink alcohol, limit intake. For women who are pregnant, planning a pregnancy or breastfeeding, not drinking alcohol is the safest option
Guideline 4Encourage, support and promote breastfeeding
Guideline 5Care for your food; prepare and store it safely
Playing the game:We are constantly playing with our own fitness development levels, so that we succeed rather than fail & perish in our world.
If we build on our wastes, then our survival becomes wasted.
If we build on our strengths, then our survival is strengthened.
We each choose our direction & quality of our journey by being the fitness level for our uniquely active survival choice!
If you wish different survival, then choose a different fitness!
"Playing the Game" is "Survival of the Fittest"
Am I Enlightened, Ignorant or Stupid?
If I work for correct survival from a fully informed position,Then I am enlightened: I can survive in the good life!
If I work for an unknown survival from an uninformed position,Then I am ignorant: I can survive learning from my mistakes to become enlightened!
If I work against correct survival from an informed position,Then I am stupid: I survive as a fuckwit and can't be helped!
CONSIDERING MY LIFESTYLE MEDICINE SELFCARE
My Lifestyle:
This is every moment of my life.
I challenging & adapt my fitness level, to live as I set myself up to do and live.
My Medicine:
This is every input of my selfcare.
I am accepting this selfcare input into my fitness level, to create a new survival lifestyle.
This survival lifestyle may be enlightened, ignorant or stupid, dependant on the quality of my selfcare input. This is me enabling me to survive.
If I do not maintain a suitable fitness level, these aspects of me will fail & eventually perish.
My Selfcare:
This is how I play my unique game of Life.
Examples of problem survival lifestyle medicines are:
Smoking causes my oxygen uptake to fail!
Alcohol causes my brain & liver metabolisms to fail!
Reduced fibre causes my immune system to fail!
Processed sugar causes my pancreas & liver to fail!
Highly processed fats causes my bloodstream to fail!
Poor dental health causes my digestion to fail!
Neglected vitamins & minerals cause whole systems to fail!
I CANNOT AFFORD TO FAIL!
Survival of the Fittest is being Fit enough to Survive!
Am I Enlightened, Ignorant or Stupid?
My parents gave me my genes: I choose how to use them I must work better to reap my rewards! Traditional teachings of these things were by our environment and the community lifestyle we engaged in. During the eons, knowledge has always been passed on through environmental observations & community teachings. Before clocks and watches, this has been a day by day existence. Community was our only future. Currently there is a massive collection of knowledge within my environment & community with me finding difficultity to determine impacts on my future from it. I often ignore the environment around me & disrepect the elder knowledge. This previously successful evolutionary process is now ever increasingly changing to confliction & confusion in these modern times. In life's journey, my attitude chooses TO FIX OR FUCK MY SELF! What message do I send? This page contains much information specifically related to each self and remember only I have the capacity to go to the toilet for myself. My attitude chooses & directs the who, what, where, when, why, how and how much TO KEEP OR EXCRETE! My attitude creates my survival fitness levels by seeing me either meeting or not meeting my base needs, in navigating my life force homeostasis. Homeostasis is my regulator & positions my equilibrium and balance. Balance is fitness, so remember "FITNESS SURVIVES!"
Home is where the mind, body & soul is in balance. Survival is determined by my fitness level that I routinely apply to: Sleep, Protect, Engage, Regulate, Move (SPERM) as part of my basic being. Fulfilling each of my base (SPERM) needs will return my body to equilibrium and balance; a balanced fitness level is the best operating condition for individual survival. Everything unfit will fail! If failure remain unrestored, then the result is to perish Many issues cease to exist if bodies meet base needs in regaining a home status. My base evolutionary needs will refocus my entire homeostasis, equilibrium & balance systems of self. Every cell in my body is doing its' best! If according to the met needs & available resources available within its' own climate, environment, conditions and circumstances, then every cell in meeting requirements is doing the best it can. ATTITUDE EXPRESSES THE MESSAGE OF MY MINDSET Does my attitude directed me towards apathy, defeat, defence, determination, self-destruction, self-discipline, self-denial, self-preservation or selfcare? Whatever choice I make will be the path of my life journey MY ATTITUDE EXPRESSES MY MINDSET:
My attitude views my life through my mindset, to achieve or not achieve the desired results. A fixed mindset does not wish to vary from the predetermined pathway, however, a growth mindset is always prepared for the learning adventure. Do I play the reactive short game or the proactive long game? When I am confronted by a new or different situation or circumstance, I must choose to immediately do or plan for my being the appropriate response. I need consider my needs, but often choose for my wants. Based on my IFPEN choices determines my priority of my responses; to sleep, to protect, to engage to regulate, to move. Do I have a fixed or growth mindset? My mindset takes on a conviction of fixed or growth status, with lots of choices in between. I can totally control my attitude by changing my mindset into the way I view any circumstance. My mindset is influenced by my needs and wants but unable to truly determine between the exact merit in every regard. I am influenced by the research bias becoming apparent as "I don't like that!" and therefore expressed by my attitude, as determined by my specific held mindset at that time. Changed mindset changes attitudes.

This becomes confusing to others people, as they don't necessarily recognise my traits. Only I can assess my attitude towards: Who, what, why, where, when, how and how much this aspect is important to me and my needs for my selfbeing. I have a different mindset, attitude & lifestyle to each of the other 7.8 Billion human beings on this planet; We each do! All of our ancestors did, as did all generations before them. Only I can choose my attitude & how I present my self. Consider my mindset in treating my self & my Lifestyle. I choose my attitude in every aspect of my selfcare needs, wants and influences within this environment in directing towards my Individual First Principles, Evolutionary Needs (IFPEN) IS IT IMPORTANT OR A DISTRACTION? I cannot play to my wants without consolidating my needs. This is exactly like wanting to jump from a plane at high altitude and forgetting I need a parachute. I will perish! I must be clear in my conviction to meet my selfcare needs first! Go for importance first. My Lifestyle is determined by my attitude towards my needs and how I apply them to myself, within the climate, environment & culture I choose to immerse myself within. I cannot afford to be distracted from the importance of my needs. My attitude must place my IFPEN requirements above all else. Attitude is the mindset "Base I Build On" for all selfcare needs. What do I wish to achieve in my life? The message I project of my self & selfcare is in my management of these principles, with the mindset I create in my selfbeing: To Sleep, to Protect, to Engage, to Regulate, to Move. CONSIDER DELIVERING MY IFPEN BY MY ATTITUDE: Attitude is probably best considered as my project manager, driven by my mindset, and must prioritize all of my evolutionary Selfcare. My attitude is often perceived by the way I present myself and the body language I use in communicating the message I send. My attitude determines a short term judgement call to my currently required adaptions and should always favour my selfcare. I do not have the capacity to evolve; merely adapt. Adaption is only considered a short term fix; evolution for even simple things will take many generations and thousands of years. My attitude will design a work around in such instances. If an adaption meets basic needs, there is survival. If needs are not met and my system fails to adapt, it will perish. My attitude can make or break me! Left unchecked, my attitude will respond only for the immediate moment and play the reactive short game. If the message I send relies on a consistent attitude towards myself & needs first, then I can play the proactive long game instead. Generally these attitudes are embeded into our being as a rite, ceremony, routine or habit. When engaged in this process or personal system, we resort to an agreed attitude and response level. THE CURRENT WORLD ECONOMY IS TRYING GET MY ATTENTION: The dollars will flow if someone has my attention. If someone cannot get my attention then that basic need of engagement will not be met. Everybody wants my attention, so they get my money somehow. My attitude responds to whatever attention seeking items come my way, to determine if this becomes part of my Lifestyle. Love it - it is there; Hate it - no chance! My attitude chooses everything I do. Always remember: "There ain't no such thing as a free lunch." Somebody, somewhere is paying for it. For having your attention means you are paying with your time & time is money after all. Consider the message my attitude sends affecting my adaptions to this moment . With everything outside myself wanting my attention, I stop considering my self & my needs too frequently. Screens are everywhere "demanding to be watched" & I place my self care needs further down the priority list, against some such minor distraction. An example is that I often let watching a screen distract me from my sleep, protection, engagement, regulation, movement needs by watching screens for far too long. We are marketers to research bias of wants rather than needs. Whenever I review any research, I always note extreme outlying results that are ignored. Only the majority of the results are reported upon, with outlyers dismissed. This is research bias towards a majority result. As we are all unique individuals, I am unsure if I am part of this majority.I must make my decisions about my self according to my specific needs. I MUST CONSIDER MY ATTITUDE BY USING THE 5W's & 2 H's: Who I am? Chosen attitude, different roles; same me being me! When I am? Chosen attitude, different times; same me being me! Where I am? Chosen attitude, different places; same me being me! What I am? Chosen attitude, different circumstances, same me being me! Why I am? Chosen attitude, different purposes, same me being me! How I am? Choosing the projection & presentation of my self being me! How much I am? Choosing my IFPEN to present my self being! My attitude will assess, determine, plan, implement and evaluate everything I do and don't do. This processing of my attitude is highly subjective and dependant upon my own unique research bias I apply to each situation. Only I will choose to either do it or not! My attitude will self schedule the result into my lifestyle. I recognise this as my attitude in action. With attitude I will do anything, without attitude nothing. My attitude is the creator of my Lifestyle. My chosen lifestyle may have embeded a behaviour pattern through various good & bad choices of rites, rituals, routines and habits. These may be appropriate to my needs or not; this depends if my attitude is focused on the important or distracted. Everybody on this planet thinks wrong! My attitude allows me to make many, many wrong choices, "oh" and maybe some right ones too, according to whatever opinion I happen to be under the influence of at the time. Probably I should be happy if I get about half of my decisions right, but I wont. Opinions are like arseholes: everybody has one! Wrong choices are either through ignorance or distracted away from my IFPEN required. As others are unaware of my unique climate, environment and circumstances of my individual selfbeing me, I must be cautious & determine I always place my selfcare first. BE TRUE TO MY SELF! I must train myself to have a mindset for self care, to always be true to myself and needs first. I cannot live your life, and you cannot live mine. You cannot give me the specifics I like and I cannot give them to you either. What is important to one person is just a distraction to another. I consider my own attitude for myself and evaluate the lifestyle it gives. Only I can choose my journey! I am being CEO and marketer of my individual self-management & brand; lead actor and script writer of my own "This is My Life"; Professor and student of my own self-education; researcher and practitioner of my own self health; assessor to direct projects and carer for my own self needs. I am complainant, defendant, prosecution lawyer, defence lawyer, spectator, witness, Judge, jury and executioner to my self-court. I play all roles and coordinate all my self totally. I am truly and really “Master of my own Universe!”
My attitude in creating routines for external stimuli, is the only aspect I can control. Attitude becomes 100% of any self choice.
This presence direct actions to our self for: Marketing myself; Writing my own script; Learning my topics; Treating myself; Catering for my needs; I decide "to be or not to be" all of these choices. I decide who, what, why, where, when, how & how much, I am! Selfbeing to sleep, to protect, to engage, to regulate, to move, and are the basic needs of me. They can be good or bad. They can be important or distractions. They can be building or distructive. They are the difference between survival adaption, failure or to perish. My attitude will schedule my selfbeing. Attitude is my choice mechanism. My attitude will be governed by my mindset created by specific research bias and scheduled into my lifestyle accordingly. This is the point of contact with others that will see us doing something influenced by them. My research bias will have my mindset select the attitude of whether it will be included into my lifestyle or not. The specifics of my unique self, surround me with the environment of my attitude. I may choose a fine meal to eat, but it may not meet my evolutionary needs. The impact to me: Some parts may survive; others perish! By targetting my IFPEN requirements I deliver my needs in setting up an effective routine for my selfcare, and accords a positive attitude to be chosen in positively affecting my activities and routines in every aspect of my chosen lifestyle. The correctly chosen attitude will reinforced fulfilling my IFPEN requirements rather than an ideal or fad. If these activities & routines meet all my basic needs, I survive; if specific needs are not met, then some part of me will perish. Is it IMPORTANT TO ME, or just another distraction? My journey is within MY unique climate, environment, conditions & circumstances. I must focus & choose to MY specific needs that are important to ME. I must not get distracted from this goal. I make mega decisions, every second and all the time, for each of my trillions of cells. "Pretty sure I get over half of them wrong through distraction." The consequences are that something will perish! My needs are important to my continuance. I must ensure I provide myself the important requirements to each need. It is extremely easy to be distracted away, not knowing all of the needs required and therefore, cannot distinguish important from distractions. For my selfbeing, I must get my basic needs right first! Being totally responsible and accountable to and for ME: Really the only person I can choose to be "IS ME!" MY ATTITUDE CREATES MY LIFESTYLE! MY attitude is "Playing the game of MY Life" and impacts in two ways. Attitude will guide my motivation as proactive or reactive. Attitude is the mechanism to assess, regulate, schedule the entire environment my entire body lives within. Will I schedule ill or well. Do I focus on the important for ME, or am I distracted? I'm distracted! If this distraction is by hanging out with negative people, I cannot expect to live a positive life. I must ensure I maintain my positive attitude towards my own self care first. In my attempts to really consider all of MY SELF; there is just so much! My best motivation must be choosing to do something for my SELF! Others may distract me to their wants, but this means neither of us necessarily get our needs. I may be pushed towards or dragged along by others, but my best motivation is when I choose to do the important things for ME. My Attitude will: Assess, Determine, Plan, Implement and Evaluate Towards any of my Motivators. No matter whatever my choices be, this chosen attitude will embed into the very core of MY Lifestyle foundation. At the base is my IFPEN requirements, & they must be right! If these are not considered on this basic level, then I am distracted to my detriment. Therefore, I need ask my self: Is MY choosen attitude meeting MY needs or wants? In this high paced world, there are so many competitors for and attractions of my attention. It becomes extremely difficult to: Determine the important from the distractions! We must, therefore, take a good hard look at our SELF and determine each background story behind each of my attitude profiles, in order to write my own specific life story accordingly; After all, "This is my life!" My attitude is very active & schedules my time towards the things that get my attention. I may react to incorporate them into my lifestyle, however: Is it important to ME or just yet again another distraction? If this belief in MY SELF gives cause to immediately schedule according to my interest, then the attention source and my capacity to be involved is underpinned by the relevance in the background of importance versus distraction. Unfortunately, this is perceived differently at various times; I will choose distraction. If I schedule ill, then I will allow ill into my lifestyle. If I schedule well, then I allow well into my lifestyle. My attitude to each will define my lifestyle. I present my attitude, as being the projection of my fixed or growth mindset into my schedule, towards my needs and / or wants. Unfortunately, I often favour wants over needs. My attitude must be clear to choose needs first. What is the message I live in my self, and project to everybody else in this world? Is it the same message? Unwelcome advice is mostly received poorly, and the reason is simply put: IT IS UNWELCOME ADVICE! If I am prepared to schedule something into my lifestyle, I will; if not, then I do not. I recognised this at an early time in life. If someone tried to push their teachings onto me, then very often I refuse to accept, unless it was someone I trusted. Alternatively if I try to pull information toward me, I will often go to extremes to find it; even a lifetime search for the "holy grail". This website is evolving as such. I see others on a different journey to my own, everybody has different climates, environments, circumstances, experiences, ancestors, social interactions and quite different needs to my own. I have to be true to MY SELF! I have to be true to my self in meeting my needs. I believe I know about me, and have my own best interests at heart, rather than someone/anyone else having that ability. Am I being true to myself? ONLY I CONTROL ME: Others may influence me; I control my attitude! This site includes plenty of unwelcome advice and confronting realities. If your mindset is not prepared to prioritize your needs over your wants, then this site is not for you. Thank you for visiting and enjoy your life as is. For me, I must consider the way I control my lifestyle. The way I behave and prioritizing my needs. I believe each of us must! My brain requires a basic routine to make sense of my world of firsts. "I choose EVERYTHING I choose" (especially my attitude) so I must consider meeting my basic needs in every choice. It is important! My attitude chooses my schedule (do you want a coffee? Yes thanks!), that chooses my routines (I'll meet you Friday at 10), which become my habits (I've got to meet for a coffee every Friday at 10), to become the expression of the lifestyle I have (Oh! I have coffee every Friday at 10. You can join too, don't be late!). Will I donate my attention so freely to "any old" distractions so my needs remain unmet, or will I focus on those things important to me? If I am to have the lifestyle I want, then I need ensure I meet the NEEDS of ME, before I can consider any wants of either me or others. From when I wake up to where I sleep, the activity I do, the food and fluids I consume, looking after myself, whoever I engage with and everything that concerns me, I Choose. I am the only person who has the capacity to override others about myself. I am responsible for and totally control ME! Others can assist me through my times of ignorance, but their voice will not be heard if I refuse to listen, or do not believe them. (Just try feeding a 2 year old something they don't want to eat). In such instance I need to review my specific basic needs to ensure I have them right in seeking my good solutions to fix the bad. If I determine what is important, then I can fix it. What are my basic needs? Each of us have specific requirements according to our internal and external climate, environment, circumstances, conditions, genetics, experiences, attitude, and epigenetic adaption we have incorporated into our lifestyle. If I don't know which they are, then I need to learn them; I can easily fix ignorance in myself. If I learn and do nothing about it, then fixing stupid is extremely difficult and totally another discussion. I choose my attitude to whichever direction I create my routines and habits for. These schedules, routines and habits trigger my specific traits (genetic code) to achieving any associated results. History has a habit of repeating itself, so if we look into our genetic inheritance, we can observe many of these expressions of each trait. Only I give myself permission to do everything I do, and be the things I see as me; I must check to my very beginnings into my ancestoral clues and consider the basic building blocks common to us all: sleep, move, nourish, protect, engage for my individual selfbeing. My genetic coding for many of these traits, is unfortunately unknown by me; I can find no clear directions. This is my major issue in that, I make more mistakes than I can "shake a stick at" and don't find out for years that I was right or wrong. I am ignorant. Routines enable and activate my genetic dispositions toward certain genetic traits. The attitude I choose and the permission I give myself to be me, will effect each routine in triggering the genes, that determine the bredth and quality of my lifestyle. If I have that particular coding within my DNA and provide the basic needs of that choice, then I usually adapt to that desired result. If the coding is not there, then that choice will perish. I CANNOT EVOLVE OVER A GENERATION: ONLY ADAPT In one generation, a square stone cannot fit into a round hole unless it is adapted, however, over the ages it can evolve into that round stone by the wearing of the edges into that round hole. I cannot evolve in my generation, only adapt. Each self lifestyle has been, and is, an adaption to specific genetics, by specific gene expression, and the routines adapted to specific circumstances. Each individuals requires a unique lifestyle medicine routine, specific to their individual evolutionary needs, and I am no exception. My gene pool is unique from everybody else. No two of us are the same, therefore this means each of us has different requirements (genetic medicines and barters) to meet our specific basic needs.

My unique self genetics have been allocated and transferred over many generations of evolution, and I have been given the control panel to use me. This can be thought as like a huge motherboard with over 25,000 switches being activated at the same time. No book of instructions was provided to me on how to operate myself! I must positively try to adapt my body, environment, and circumstances, by choosing a unique application to my specific climate, conditions, time, environment and lifetime in triggering my genetic codes which are going to affect me. Do I barter with the better or lesser ingredient for my selfbeing?
DO I CHOOSE THE GOOD MEDICINE OR THE BAD MEDICINE?
Every one of our 200+ Trillion cells also has a unique lifestyle, each dependant on the choices I make. Correct supply to my basic needs and routine for delivery is paramount to maintain production, vitality and my existence. When each self is fully replenished and balanced with basic its' needs, I am well. When any part is exhausted of its’ basic needs, I am a lesser version of self. If I undo prime wellness by using up all specific requirements of my needs to the point of exhaustion, I become unwell and that aspect will perish if not replenished. Getting my basic needs right will create a stable base to improve upon. If a basic need is not available, the process can go no further. Quite simply if I treat my self-ill = illness; Treat my self-well = wellness.

Humans are the most adaptable creatures on this planet. When I exhaust one need, a different routine & adaption will be attempted. Processes exhausted of needed resourced will seek an alternative adaption, in creating a new routine; dependant on the required needs of that process being available. If a “work around” can be achieved, then the system will continue being (albeit at a reduced level).

Once this adaption has been found, with the new routine established, the continuance of this adaption may cause the possibility of repercussions elsewhere. Adaptions may be temporary; meeting basic needs is required, to be permanent.
Human evolution process takes thousands of years. This process is generally a result of well adapted genes, to a specific environment. Individual abilities being "fit to survive" by routinely meeting basic needs for natural selection, favour these individuals, and potentially become transferred to the next generation. The others perish! No matter what happens for our selfbeing, all evolutionary needs must be met. The routines, habits, default settings and nuances effected will be our self journeying into our adapted self. Routine is the engine for meeting each need; Attitude is the bus driver of our lifestyle self journey.
In reviewing advice we be aware, common things occur commonly. It is best to first investigate the practices that have evolved through the ages. Be cautious of those incorporated over only a few recent generations, as they may have only been valuable in another environment. I do not have the ability to evolve over one generation, (nobody does) however, parents adaptions do influence us. We merely adapt to our circumstances, but we can cause significant genetic adaption through considerable changed conditions. Therefore, each moment we have to work with the needs and requirements of our own individual selfbeing in on our body "in the here and now", as we inherited it.

An example of the timing of the evolution process is observed in the Sherpas’ of Nepal. They can climb the Himalayas, better than any outsiders. This has been the inhospitable environment they have lived in for thousands of years, and those who’s adaption has favoured them to be “fit for purpose”, have survived.

Let us discuss our self in its’ entirety. Each selfbeing strives to have every cell within its’ realm, in balance. All depleted needs must be replenished; all superfluous stored or discarded. Our self must focus on the important and not be distracted. When we get it wrong, we see the adaption of illness instead of wellness; disease instead of ease; ill being instead of wellbeing. Each self has their own ancestorial journey to travel and this is the difference between illness and wellness.

I must look after my self-care needs; else I will self-destruct!

In an attempt to influence your thinking, I discovered and quote, this article (apparently attributed to Steve Jobs on his deathbed) following his death in 2011.

Many other versions also exist, and in fact his sister in her eulogy for him stated his final words to be "OH WOW OH WOW OH WOW" This article by “whomever” does give us something to consider for our own life & lifestyle though. It follows:

Steve Jobs died a billionaire, with a fortune of $7 billion, at the age of 56 from pancreatic cancer, and here are some of his last words:

"In other eyes, my life is the essence of success, but aside from work, I have a little joy, and in the end wealth is just a fact of life to which I am accustomed.

At this moment, lying on the bed, sick and remembering all my life, I realize that all my recognition and wealth that I have is meaningless in the face of imminent death.

You can hire someone to drive a car for you, make money for you – but you can not rent someone to carry the disease for you. One can find material things, but there is one thing that cannot be found when it is lost – “life”.

Treat yourself well, and cherish others. As we get older we are smarter, and we slowly realize that the watch is worth $30 or $300 – both of which show the same time.

Whether we carry a purse worth $30 or $300 – the amount of money in the wallets are the same. Whether we drive a car worth $150,000, or a car worth $30,000 – the road and distance are the same, we reach the same destination.

If we drink a bottle worth $300 or wine worth $10 – the “stroller” will be the same.

If the house we live in is 300 square meters, or 3000 square meters – the loneliness is the same.

Your true inner happiness does not come from the material things of this world. Whether you’re flying first class, or economy class – if the plane crashes, you crash with it.

So, I hope you understand that when you have friends or someone to talk to – this is true happiness!

Five Undeniable Facts-

1. Do not educate your children to be rich. Educate them to be happy. – So when they grow up they will know the value of things, not the price.

2. Eat your food as medicine, otherwise you will need to eat your medicine as food.

3. Whoever loves you will never leave you, even if he has 100 reasons to give up. He will always find one reason to hold on.

4. There is a big difference between being human and human being.

5. If you want to go fast – go alone! But if you want to go far – go together!

And in conclusion, the six best doctors in the world.
1. Sunlight
2. Rest
3. Exercise
4. Diet
5. Self-confidence
6. Family/Friends

Keep them in all stages of life and enjoy a healthy life.”

From my point of view: In reviewing and considering this article in regard to my own lifestyle, I realise my specific entity's (all I am, have and be within and on my skin) system performs by a cooperation of expedient efficiency.

All operations within my selfbeing are transactions of individual processes and incur a "debt of honour" as payment. If this "debt" is not honoured, then the base cell will no longer be able to function efficiently, if at all, and repercussions occur throughout the system.

My body trades in a very sophisticated "barter" payment scheme. Possible adaptions to cells may be possible, but only if other "debts of honour" have not been incurred by similar dishonour to their debts of genetic code requirements. Therefore, in being unwell, illness or disease is recognised as a failure to correct the basic "debts".

I MUST get the basics right FIRST: In correcting inconsistancies. Every second of my Life and Lifestyle I choose; often many of those choices at once. I need an instant decision and immediately implemented actions to continue living in my own unique lifestyle. Making these 1,000,000+ decisions every day, I choose each for the implications, risks, resources and capacity attached to each decision. Each self must follow the correct guidelines for our specific selfbeing and ensure instilling the right basic default routines into each selfbeing to become a wellbeing. Survival is easy; to adapt to be fit for purpose is not!
Each cell in our body will perform to its’ optimum if given best operating conditions, otherwise it adapts to what is available. This may be compared with cars that run on high octane petrol; they run on low octane petrol, but nowhere near as well as the right base. So, in your lifestyle, are you doing it as you like, or right? To determine this we need review: 5 W's & 2 H's (Who, What, Why, Where, When, How, How much) of life. We should consider every one of these foundation need blocks of life, and those we choose to utilise for being our best version of our self. Making so many choices every day, requires a system (a routine), and as such, we create various default settings into those choices to create the lifestyle we have. Let us please look around ourself at our unique lifestyle and the self we are being. Who, what, why, where, when, how, how much: have we chosen for our selfbeing "to be or not to be; that really is the question! Selfbeing (primary evolutionary necessities of each self): • Sleep;• Protect;• Engage; . Regulate; . Move; Selfbeing (secondary evolutionary necessities of each self):• Mental Health and Mindfulness;• Signature Strength;• Savouring;• Gratitude and laughter;• Random Acts of Kindness; I always remember that I cannot assist others to their personal best if I do not look after my self first; I must take my own needs seriously! A simple review of evolution is to consider my sleep pattern. Evolution has sleep patterns synchronized with when the “Big light in the Sky” goes off at night, and gets "turned on" again in the morning. This has been the evolutionary process over millions of years. I will discuss this further under the sleep tab. Millions of choices each day is obviously too many for me to be consciously making, so I set up default behaviours, routines or settings as a way for me to allow what I consider the best decisions to be completed. Simply put: Getting out of bed; Choice! Where & when I go to bed; Choices! Clean my teeth; Choices! Hygiene; Choices! Drinking water; Choices! Incidental Walking/ Running/ Driving/ Crawling/ Flying/ Jumping/ Skipping; All choices! What, why, where and when, how and how much to eat; Choices! Turning on a switch; Choice! The list is endless dependant on what I wish to achieve at that moment. If I do not like the lifestyle I have chosen, then I need to ask myself why I decided this to be. I choose them all and rarely recognise the default decisions attached. I incorporated every one of these aspects into my selfbeing lifestyle and created this personal interpretation for myself. These choices have created my current lifestyle and my lifestyle has become embeded into my selfbeing as this version of myself. I create the experience I live my life, by the decisions I incorporate into those default decisions. To change my selfbeing of any lifestyle I need to change that default.
I spend 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and my lifetime with myself. I need consider my Attitude as the perspective I view my Lifestyle through; every second of the day; in times of work, leisure & all circumstances.
I "PRESUADE" myself as to whether I do or don't wish to do things, thus making it easier or harder to do it. Before I do anything, I must convince myself first to get the basics right; and always choose to have fun doing it all.
My attitude, behaviour patterns, activities, interests, opinions, values, and allocation of time, money & resources influence my Lifestyle. This reflects directly into my self perception & image. This is the way I see myself and believe I am seen by others. Do I present as self fulfilling or self destructive? Self fulfillment is living the basic needs well, self destructive is living these same needs poorly. I must look after myself first: I know not if this moment in time be my last!

Every moment of this day is a "Work in Progress". I need be mindful of today (& enjoying myself) whilst deliberately preparing for tomorrow by not leaving behind a "debt of honour" to my body. I need consider every aspect of every step along the way, in my continuum of my Lifestyle. Only I create the routine of the lifestyle I really want to live. We are all selfbeings having our own unique life, therefore consider every second of the day as being a better moment than the last. Improving ourself in "Being Better" and consider that following quality basic steps are the cost of living and dying; but importantly the reason to cherish each moments.
A cartoon strip once had Charlie Brown say: "One day we are all going to die!" to which Snoopy replied "and every other day we will not!" The moral of this story is choosing to live & die each day like you are prepared for good quality living, rather than a perpetual suffering whilst dying. In getting the basics right first I focus on my wellness and look forward to being my best version of myself, rather than any illness and a poorer version.
