Am I Right or Not Right?Am I Competent or Not Yet Competent?Am I Enabled or Disabled?
Routines are opportunistically createdIngested fibre, minerals and vitamins are retained from available sources as we engage with them. We need to replace those ingredients our body has utilised for our living cycle. Anything not replaced will potentially lead to a failure of my systems when next called upon when needed.
Regrets are of no value here. I should not attempt to apologize for the sins or issues of previous decisions, my ancestors, parents, myself or others; that is not mine to do! All I can do is correct this omission.
I cannot change my events of the past; that is just not possible! I can ensure I don't continue to make the same mistake though. Everybody makes mistakes, we demonstrate our future by how well we correct them.
It is only possible for me to learn from all this history to improve myself into the future!We each know that NO food or fluid will eventually see us perish, but be assured incorrect nutrition, fibre and antioxidants will see us adapt to be a lesser version of our self, compromising that part of our survival being with various shutdowns of functions and abilities. This is most obvious in the ageing process.
The high processing and adulteration of food will remove many of our essential needs, and we don't even know or recognise we are missing them.
Our evolution is from a "hunters & gatherers" evolution. Our food source is really only by what we can hunt and what we can gather.This has been our full resource for the Billions of years for each of us. Mostly food has been gathered from local vegetation with some animal supplementation and always seasonal to reflect the environment in which we live. This resource is where we get the basic components to regain these needs for our personal survival. Our modern day jungle has become the shopsTo meet our needs in today's society is a totally different matter. Everybody wants to sell us something and we have lost the basic survival skills of our previous generations. We had learnt through "time gone past" to look for the colour within the bush, to find that brightly coloured fruit full of all the goodies, that we both require and enjoy. Now that same colour is the wrapping for a redundant product with little to no nutrition contained, having generally been removed, in order to increase sales.
In returning our body system to a position of balance, we normally choose calories (kilojoules) as our unit of measure, but more important to all of us, we require suitable quantities of fibre, minerals & vitamins including our water, in conjunction with the appropriate energy componentry. This is central to operation of our digestive system and the basic driver of our immune system. Fibre and water must never be undervalued.
SUGAR, ALCOHOL, TRANS & OTHER HIGHLY PROCESSED SATURATED FATS, amongst other highly processed foods, "HAVE negligible to NO NUTRITION WHATSOEVER and are NOT a resource.Our next most important requirement is to extract full needed, nutrient replacement from each daily consumption. If we consume wasted calories (kilojoules), then no nutrition is replaced and we eventually have various systems perish. We must prioritise our nutrient replacement over wasted consumption. A glass of orange juice is the caloric equivalent of 5 oranges yet because of the removal of the fibre, reduces the benefits considerably.
An example to recognise value to each calorie (kilojoule) we consume and use, is that we can equate calories to dollars. If activity utilised is 1500 calories ($1500) worth per day, then we can replace this energy spent with 1500 ($1500) calories of nourishment. Any more, it is stored as fat. Any less, we start consuming our self.
Excess vitamins, minerals, fibre and antioxidants are excreted, so regular replacement of these is required.Remember: Every cell in my body is doing the best it can with the available resources & energy given by me!I am in Life's learning playground and all games are best played with Personal Best energy.I am designing & creating my journey into my secret journal of my life, for only me to read. ONLY I CAN SLEEP FOR ME!
I go to sleep for myself and wake according to the sun.
For thousands of years, humans sleep at night.
Daylight gives opportunity to seek out our daily needs & work hard for sleep at night.
Through the ages, darkness has always been extremely challenging, less fruitful for daily activities and dangerous under this cloak of darkness.
Modern lighting morphs these threats & dangers into a different beast!
Why do I need to sleep?
My sleep cleans up one day to a conclusion, then prepares for the next day. Dependant on the amount of waste & clutter I engage with, will determine how well I am prepared for the next day. Sleep is the time to reduce and rid my self of redundancies and to rejuvinate every cell possible. We are designed to sleep for this regeneration during darkness! Evolution has designed us to create our sleep pressure during the day & to sleep during the overnight darkness hours. This triggers Circadian Rhythm responses. Whenever we change this lifestyle, we choose to reduce our survival fitness within any evolutionary survival lifestyle. This is why evolution & Circadian Rhythm sleep pressures promote sleep during "Dusk to Dawn" This Individual First Principle Evolutionary Need gives my self the capacity to: PREPARE, EXPELL, RECOVER, REPAIR, REGENERATE, REBOOT & RESTART Sleep is of paramount importance. This is the only time the brain can remove the waste generated & detoxify itself. During sleep the wrinkles in the brain unfold to allow the this debris to be flushed away into the general body systems. Without this sleep cycle, we have a build up of these toxins or unresolved regenerations, that causes failure. My body has its' own clock (called the Circadian Rhythm) which is regulated to about 24 hours a day. This clock is set and takes its programming by the environment and time zone we operate and function in. Sleep influences everything I do! Sleep is the most important part of my daily routine; I spend about one-third of my time doing it and it shapes, creates and moulds the way my lifestyle is. Without sleep we can’t form or maintain the pathways in our brain that let us learn and create new memories. Sleep deprivation incurs significant problems in maintaining concentration and respond quicklyto clog & cloud our judgement to be "like a hoarders house". There are many functions and processes that can only occur during sleep.
Everyone needs sleep! Sleep is the most active and complex time for the brain each day. At no period during the awake hours does the brain have the capacity to detoxify itself. During the various sleep cycles, the brain will enable long term memories, declutter useless ones and generally operate as house cleaner for our executive functioning of our system. Our brain is like a super computer. During this time every system in our body is being repaired and / or rebooted as required. "SLEEP WELL": This is the major, primary, evolutionary brain time. This period of the day is really the brains "me time", when toxins are filtered from its' cells, memories are stored and irrelevant data discarded.
